Crossroads care are the leading provider of support to carers and people with care needs in the areas we cover.

We are currently developing and expanding our quality services in West Sussex and Hampshire and are looking to recruit Carer Support Workers for our Adult and Children's Services on both Days and Nights locally and countrywide.

The role involves varied hours each week and will be based from our Climping office.

The role will involve providing respite and support to carers and the person with care needs.

A full driving license and access to a car is essential for this position.
