Housekeeping Team Member

At The Mandolay Hotel, we take pride in delivering exceptional standards throughout the hotel, and our Housekeeping Team plays a huge part in creating a fantastic guest experience.

We are currently looking for friendly, reliable and detail-focused Housekeeping Team Members / Room Attendants to join our team.

This can be a casual OR permanent role and will include weekend shifts.

Pay: £14.24 per hour, including holiday pay
Overtime is paid in addition.

What you’ll be doing

• Cleaning guest bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas to a high standard
• Changing linen, making beds and replenishing room amenities
• Vacuuming, dusting and polishing throughout the hotel
• Reporting maintenance issues or safety concerns
• Assisting guests with requests in a friendly and professional manner
• Keeping housekeeping trolleys and storage areas organised
• Following hotel procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment

What we’re looking for

• A great eye for detail
• Good time management skills
• A positive attitude and team-focused approach
• Previous housekeeping experience is helpful, but not essential as full training will be provided
