We’re expanding our team to support a female tenant L who lives independently with support. She requires support with all aspects of life, and a thoughtful, person-centred approach to behaviours that may sometimes be complex or require sensitive support.

We’re looking for passionate, flexible, and committed individuals who want to make a real difference. The role involves supporting daily routines, encouraging independence, and engaging L in the things she enjoys. A caring and patient nature is essential.

Due to the personal care requirements, this position is open to female carers only. We do require a driver for this project.

🧩 Current Vacancies

1️⃣ Team Leader

• Part Time Lead Support Worker
• Hourly rate: £ 14.18 
• Lead a dedicated team delivering high-quality care and support
• Oversee care plans, staff coordination, and day-to-day operations
• Hands on Support Worker required

2️⃣ Support Worker (Part-Time)

• 15–16 hours/week daytime shifts
• Includes 1–2 night shifts per week
• Hourly rate: £12.60
• Provide hands-on support, personal care, and promote independence

3️⃣ Sleep-in Support Worker

• Sleep-in shifts only
• Hourly  & Flat rate: £12.73 per hour sleep in rate £62.18
• Comfortable sleeping arrangements provided
• Be available for support if needed during the night
• Waking from 4-6am
