As the Bespoke Membership Senior Experience Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional service and unforgettable experiences to our ultra-high-net-worth clients. Working closely with the Bespoke Membership Manager, you’ll lead the charge in executing a global calendar of events, curating world-class moments at Goodwood’s headline motorsport events, and ensuring every detail is handled with precision and flair.

• Manage inbound and outbound communications with efficiency and warmth

• Develop and implement a rolling 3-year calendar of luxury events

• Own the delivery of contracted membership rights at Member’s Meeting, Festival of Speed, and Revival

• Act as concierge for UHNWI clients, arranging accommodation, transport, and exclusive access

• Track financials, produce booking forms, and manage invitations with finesse

• Positive, friendly, and full of initiative

• Impeccable attention to detail

• Organised and able to prioritise effectively

• Confident decision-maker with strong influencing skills

• Excellent communicator across all levels
  
  

• Proven experience in event planning and luxury hospitality

• Strong budgeting and revenue management skills

• Confidence in hosting and liaising with UHNWI clients
