We are looking for Customer Service Administrators, with experience in delivering excellent customer service, to join our team. You will be responsible for processing insurance applications, providing regular updates to the customer during the application process and pro-actively responding to queries from the both our customers and insurers.   

Our office is based in the centre of Chichester. However, due to the current pandemic, you will be required to work from home until such time it is appropriate to return to the office. This means the successful applicant must have good broadband and home working space.

The working hours are 37.5 per week either working 8am to 4.30pm or 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

The starting salary is £17,752 per annum, which increases to £18,252 per annum once you have successfully completed your probation period.

• Delivery of service excellence
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Proficiency in the use of IT
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication, literacy and numeracy
• Results orientated
• Ability to work on own and within a team.
