We are a small central HR team, liaising with our family of 15 schools to provide what is recognised as a rather special and much valued comprehensive HR service. With a HR contact in each of our schools and a shared responsibility for HR, centrally we offer a breadth of advice, guidance and support to enable senior leaders to successfully support staff, and aspire to be an employer of choice through action. As the Trust continues to grow, we will constantly review and adapt our HR policy and practices, developing our use of HRIS to support our work.

We are looking for someone to work 3 days per week 52 weeks a year although there may be some flexibility with these hours and days.
