One of the largest and progressive independent firms in Sussex is growing and needs an Assistant Tax Manager in their Worthing Office, who is studying the CTA or CTA qualified.

In this job you have the ability to work with a diverse range of clients from across Sussex as this job will also require you to travel to their Gatwick office, in central Crawley a couple of times a week.

A large portion of your work will be client facing, as you will be involved in some business development, including networking events, particularly around the Crawley area, in order to promote their Private Client Sector. Your creativity will help to drive the business forward and build key relationships in the Sussex area. There is a definite emphasis on career progression within the firm, allowing the right employee to grow within the business, gaining greater responsibilities and enhancing career development.

Free car parking, with easy access from the A27. Worthing train station is also only a 15 minute walk away from the office.

About you?

• CTA qualified or near completion of the CTA (study support is available).
• ATT qualified
• Experience of working within a Private Client environment
• Able to liaise with clients to deliver a quality service.
• Desire to gain greater knowledge regarding the Private Client sector
• Comfortable being the face of the business at networking events and able to use your initiative in order to gain exposure for the Private Client service line

The salary associated with this role has been set by the agency and should therefore be viewed as market rate.
