This is an exciting new opportunity to support adults with learning disabilities at The Aldingbourne Country Centre in the Performing Arts. Enabling the people we support to take an active and meaningful role in creating and delivering artistic performances. The group will liaise closely with the External Events Senior to deliver a program of events and performances throughout the year to visitors.

The Group Lead will support people to express themselves artistically through performance and develop a range of transferrable personal skills. They will also look to develop the group as a social enterprise delivering valued services to the community.

Experience in music, drama, dance and other performing arts desirable as well as the ability to motivate, support and create positive outcomes - providing an accessible, relaxed yet stimulating environment which encourages the people we support to try new experiences and acquire new skills and confidence which promotes a positive impact on their daily life, ambitions and self esteem.

Contracted hours will be 37.5 per week, 5 days in 7 (core monday - friday 8.30-4.30). Possibility of a job share.
