The holders of this key post within the Aldingbourne Trust are responsible for enabling people to live the lives they choose safely, while developing their own independence. This project is being delivered in partnership with Chichester College, therefore key to this services success will be positive collaborative approaches to support.
 
You are expected to meet the requirements of the Care Standards Act and Regulations, ensuring your work meets the standards set out by the Care Quality Commission and other legal requirements including the West Sussex Safeguarding policies.
 
You will work as part of a team with staff and young people to ensure that the emotional, social, medical and material needs of the young people are recognised, assessed and met.
 
Salary in range of £8.52 - £9.01 er hour
(starting salary will be dependent on skills and experience)
