Who are you?

You are an experienced Employment Solicitor ready for a new challenge at a well respected firm based near Crawley, with the ability to handle a high-quality caseload of a range of employment law queries. You have experience managing clients effectively as well as working in a team to strengthen an already excellent reputation in the sector.

How do you fit into the team?

You'll be working with an innovative firm that places a real emphasis on working as a team to provide the best service possible for clients, as such you will be working to both support more senior members as well as giving assistance and supervising more junior colleagues. The other teams in the firm will also be working with you on a regular basis so you will be developing strong links to encourage cross-referral work.

You'll be both supporting and leading client meetings as well as networking with external clients by attending events, you will also be managing a Tribunal caseload from beginning to end, ensuring you are correctly prioritising your work.

The firm has an incredible focus on teamwork and knowledge sharing, as such you will be supported throughout by both the team you are directly working with and the other teams as they want to ensure a focus on sharing information and growing the team's strengths in order to bring the best possible result for clients.
