About the role

We're looking for another marketing superhero. Are up for the challenge? If you have a couple of years marketing experience, come join us as a marketing executive. We need someone right now, based Surrey /Sussex.

You'd be involved in everything in the marketing and comms mix, but particularly digital. We won't hold you back and will support you to reach your full potential. That's a promise.

What we are looking for

This is a varied role right across the marketing mix. No day will be the same as the marketing team cover everything from internal communications, PR, lead creation and brand building to organising events and website creation.

We're not looking for someone who has all the answers, as we'll nurture you to reach your full potential, but you must have some experience of a marketing role, and certainly have a thorough understanding, perhaps through study or qualification, of the marketing mix. The superhero ingredient is your desire to make things happen, on time every time.

• 2 years marketing experience
• Good digital exposure
• High energy and unafraid to develop new ideas
• Professional, with solid content writing experience
• Quick to learn, and apply learning to add value to the marketing mix

 
Whilst experience of payroll/ outsourcing / software or international would be useful don't worry if you haven't got that. It's the ability as a marketer that's important.
