Crossroads Care South Central offers a full range of flexible services for Adults & Children with various disabilities or health conditions. We are looking for Carer Support Workers in all areas to give respite and support to family carers and the people they care for. This will involve the provision of personal and social care, respecting confidentiality at all times within an equal opportunities framework. Working within the homes of family carer’s, and the person they care for, you will need to have excellent customer care skills and an understanding of carers issues. You will be a good communicator with a full driving licence and access to a car for this position. Hours are flexible with a rate of pay dependant on qualifications and experience, but full training will be given to successful applicants.
