JOB ROLE:
- Open all incoming post and distribute
- Answeing and dealing with incoming calls
- Management of online timesheet system-creating/amended clients/staff
- Diary management-arranging meetings, booking restaurants, hotels,travel
- General ad hoc duties
- Database management and uploading of business cards
- Management/Creation of processes to ensure efficiency
- Uploading press releases/coverage to the website
- Liaising with IT and managing the back up system
- Managing personnel admin- sending reminders, filing, induction etc.
- Managing suppliers
- Support of marketing and business development initiatives.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of Office Management background
- Good numeracy and IT skills, in particular Microsoft Excel
- Excellent telephone manner
- Must have excellent knowledge of administration (filing,typing,hotel/travel booking/invoicing)
- Confident communicator
- Strong thonking and listening skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Thrives on ownership and responsibility
- Able to efficiently multi-task and meet deadlines
