Self Unlimited is a national charity providing support and housing services, occupation and employment opportunities to adults with learning disabilities. We are looking to recruit a Team Leader – Housing Support (40 hours per week)

Working with the Service Manager you will manage a house for six people, leading a team of Support Staff to provide a high quality residential service. You will need an awareness of current legislation; National Minimum standards; a minimum of 12 months' experience of working with people within a learning disability or similar setting; experience of managing staff and be qualified to NVQ 3 / 4 and Registered Manager's award or be willing to work towards this.


- Sleep-ins (which attract additional payments) and shift work will apply to these roles. For housing posts you must be able to work a rota that includes weekends, bank holidays and be flexible.
- Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure, POVA Check and references.
- For all posts you must hold a current manual UK driving license.
