Following a period of growth and a consequent restructure, a new position has been created for a proactive, commercially focussed Business Analyst to assist the organisation in developing new revenue streams and ultimately assist in taking the business through to the next level.
Key responsibilities of the position will include profitability, competitor and market analysis; preparation of annual business plans; review of individual business unit profitability; performance management and the establishment of KPIs. As a newly created position the duties are not set and there will be the opportunity for the successful applicant to develop the role.
The successful candidate will ideally hold a professional accountancy qualification; have previous experience of working within a fast moving business environment and a demonstrable track record of working effectively with non-finance managers. Strong negotiation and communication skills are also pre-requisites. In return the organisation can offer an excellent package and genuine career progression.
