An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to lead teams of Outbound Sales agents within our rapidly expanding Outbound Sales team in Portsmouth.

Through on-going coaching, development and performance management you will ensure your team meet and exceed challenging sales targets at the same time as delivering high standards of service.

To be successful in this role you will have had previous team leading experience in a sales environment and ideally within a contact centre. You will need to be able to demonstrate strong people management skills and the ability to deliver to a very high standard in a fast changing environment.

You will need to have excellent communication skills as you will not only need to agree and implement plans with each team member, but you will also need to liaise with others in the business to act on reports. You will also have an excellent eye for detail as you will need to be able to monitor your team's call quality and encourage team development.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Drive and passion for achieving sales targets
• Experience of leading a team in a targeted environment
• Experience in coaching for performance
• Thorough understanding of contact centre software/systems and a good level of IT skills
• Excellent internal negotiation and mentoring abilities
