An opportunity has arisen for a Video Editor to work across Goodwood’s world-renowned events, creating engaging digital content for a wide range of platforms.

The Goodwood Productions team is looking for someone who is comfortable dealing with different teams, clients and business partners. You must have experience delivering high-quality content on time and to the brief.

Ideally you will have a strong social media-led editorial sense, including motion graphics. You'll have experience of storytelling for longer form content to feature on our YouTube channels and website. You will know what works well across a variety of digital platforms and will have the technical skills to bring these ideas and stories to life.

What do you need to be successful?

  • Experience of using Adobe Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop to produce short and longer form content.
  • A keen and ongoing awareness and interest in trends across social media, online video and YouTube trends and styles.
  • A highly creative approach and a desire to push the boundaries of creativity, whilst looking at new and different ways of doing things.
  • Ability to self-motivate in a highly autonomous role with a high creative drive.
  • Experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Experience with quick turnaround editing, event or live experience is welcome but not essential.
  • Experience with 3D compositing and rendering would also be desirable but is not essential.
  • Knowledge of phone editing software’s and platforms such as Adobe Rush.

What you will get:

  • Discounted products and services from across the estate
  • Free gym and health club membership
  • A health cash plan and access to a comprehensive wellbeing package
  • Free tickets to our events following a successful probation period

Flexibility is important due to the nature of our business and due to Goodwood's rural location, you must have your own reliable transport to be able to get to and from Goodwood on a daily basis as well as attend meetings as and when required across the estate.

Although the role is predominantly based in the offices at Goodwood, there can be flexibility with a mixture of working on-site and working from home (3-4 days on-site and 1-2 days from home). During the build up to, and during the events, the team are required to be on-site full time.

If this sounds like it might be the perfect role for you, then please get in touch.
