The secret Linen store is a small, fast growing online bed linen retail store run by sisters Molly and Harriet. We are growing quickly and are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our Team. Based in our small office in Bognor Regis, this is a new full time role.
We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, and the way that we communicate and delight our customers is what makes us stand out. You will be answering the phone, advising customers on our lovely bedding, dealing with returns and refunds and helping our parcel team to pack and dispatch orders on time, looking beautiful.
We are a small team, you will be our 8th member of staff. You will report to the Customer Service Manager.
 
The role in detail:-
Your main role will be to make our customers feel special and delighted with our service and products, you will also be assisting in our warehouse. You will be the fourth member of staff in this team. You will be responding to customers by phone and by e-mail, processing returns in a friendly and speedy manor and dealing with any customer queries that arise. You will learn all about our lovely bedding so that you can advise and help our customers to choose on the phone. We don't have any stores, so advising with confidence is important to help our customers to make decisions. From time to time you will be required to assist our Parcel Queens with picking, packing and wrapping our orders in our busy warehouse. You will cover members of the team when they are on their holidays. You will be working in our office in Bognor Regis by the sea.

What skills you will need?
 
-          Confident telephone manner and excellent spoken English
-          Previous Customer Service experience, preferably in retail.
-          Great PC Skills working happily with Outlook and Excel
-          Super organized and able to plan your day efficiently
-          Willing to learn all there is to know about beautiful bedtimes.
-          An eye for detail and presentation when packing and wrapping orders.
-          Willingness to get stuck in to work in a small team environment
