The Aldingbourne Trust is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to join our friendly team at our Supported Living Project in central Bognor Regis.  The role will include working part time on the rota at Milton Lodge for 12 hours per week,  supporting tenants to live their lives, their way, and the remaining 18 hours will be office based. You will assist the manager in the daily running of the project, assisting the leading of a team that is responsive to the people that we support.  Enthusiasm and flexibility is needed in the role, and  we welcome anyone who is able to bring new and exciting ideas to the project. 
 
Our tenants live in their own flats in the community with individual tenancies and we help them manage their day-to-day lives and realise their dreams. Our tenants have varied abilities; most need support with cooking, cleaning, and completing their household chores. We support people with the day to day tasks, such as managing their money and budgeting, menu planning and shopping. Others need support with personal care and medication; some need behavioural support.  We support our tenants to access the wider community from going to the theatre or to events in and around the local community. We actively encourage tenants to pursue their dreams, whether that is a Mediterranean Cruise or a parachute jump and welcome anyone with a sense of adventure, and lots of passion!
