We are looking for a Team Leader to work in our Supported Accommodation Team.  This will be a temporary position to cover maternity leave.
 
You will have strength in leadership and managing challenging situations. The role also includes supervising and providing ongoing training and support for Support Workers and working closely with other project teams to share best practice and supporting the areas of 'Health, Housing and Work' for homeless and rough sleeper clients.
 
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate appropriate knowledge and experience of supporting clients, some with mental ill health and substance misuse issues, to move into and maintain independent living.  You must be comfortable with some lone working.
 
It is essential that you will have a non-judgmental and enabling approach to supporting single homeless and vulnerable adults.
