You will work as part of a team within Residential Services where the key aim is to support adults with learning disabilities to a high standard to enable them to achieve their potential, with particular regard to their emotional and practical needs and to contribute to their personal development. To maximise their life experiences, enabling them to exercise their rights and choice.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team of support workers. Hammonds is a residential and respite service for adults with learning disabilities. The people that live and stay with us are at the centre of everything we do.
