An opportunity has arisen to join an award winning and expanding organisation based in Steyning as a Finance Assistant. This is a newly created role within the company which is needed due to company growth. This role will provide an attractive career opportunity for a self-motivated, hardworking individual who is looking to build a successful career within finance. It will report directly to a qualified Head of Finance and be a busy, engaging position requiring excellent attention to detail and good numeracy skills.

Duties:

• Sales ledger / credit control for individual and corporate clients (credit control is done via email)
• Reconciling bank accounts and updating records
• Collecting payments by Credit Card
• Setting up and maintaining Direct Debit collections
• Processing refunds
• Produce monthly bad debt list
• Ad hoc finance duties as required
