This is a key post within the Open Farm team, you will be responsible for maintaining the Farm as a visitor attraction and for providing vocational training for our client group.

The nature of the work is very physical, so your fitness and ability to deal with lifting and moving heavy objects and working with large animals throughout the year is of importance.

Due to the nature of this role, regular weekend working is required including public holidays, Christmas and New Year.  Rotas will be agreed on a monthly rolling basis.

The contractual hours for this post are 37.5 hours per week working five days in seven (Seasonal variations may apply - normally 7.5 hours per day 8:30 - 4:30 with half hour lunch break)
