A West Sussex based award winning business is looking to appoint a part time Finance Director to work as part of the management team.

This is a key appointment to the business playing a key role in helping the business achieve its current and future business objectives.

As with most roles in an SME, you can expect to wear many hats! Managing one other in finance, you will enjoy a hands-on role joining the business at an exciting time of growth and continual development.

The role is based in the Shoreham area of West Sussex with parking available.

About You

• Professionally qualified in either the ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountancy qualification
• Looking for a part time role. One or two days initially with potential to increase over time
• Although the lead finance role, happy to work in a hands-on capacity with some support
• Proven experience within a business in growth mode
• Have the ability to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making as part of the management team
• Experience of developing and implement finance and controlling systems
• Advanced Excel with a working knowledge of Sage 50 being advantageous
