Customer Service Advisor, Help at Home
16 Hours per week salary £7737 pa based in Littlehampton

The Help at Home service provides older and vulnerable people with a cleaning, shopping and gardening throughout West Sussex to people aged over 50. Working with WSCC we deliver a subsidized service in Chichester, Arun and Crawley with a social enterprise private service throughout the county.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to support the Coordinator and Manager of the service by assessing customers needs to ensure they are realistic and achievable and introducing home helps to customers and monitoring the service delivered. The successful applicant will need administrative skills, an organised approach and good people skills.

The closing date for applications is Midday Thursday 6th April 2017 and interviews will be held on Wednesday 12th April 2017.
