We are looking for a well-motivated person to work with customers of all ages and help with enquiries.
With experience of working in a customer care environment, you will enjoy working with library customers and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
The role involves assisting customers to use the self-service machines, tidying and shelving books and other library/clerical duties.

The role involves periods of lone-working and working alongside and providing guidance to volunteers.
You will be computer literate and have the ability to use your initiative and work effectively within the team. You will have active involvement in working with all ages, including children's work (e.g. Baby Rhyme Time)
This is active role involving lifting and periods of standing.
