This is a key post within the Aldingbourne Trust, to support the Enterprise and Development Manager to promote and develop the Trust.  This will include marketing, public relations, publicity and networking. The role involves supporting the Enterprise and Development Team Leader in promoting current activities across the Trust to raise awareness and achieve their potential and liaise with Project Managers to celebrate successes within their teams. A key requirement of this post is to market our businesses with current trends such as social media, online presence and across a variety of Medias.

The post requires innovative thinking, a creative mind, strong planning and organising skills and community engagement. You will be required to develop excellent working relationships with all stakeholders, visitors, corporate volunteers and the people we support. You will be expected to support the Enterprise Team by providing cover in our Charity shops as and when required and facilitate transporting stock from one location to another. As an ambassador for the Trust and due to the nature of this role, some flexibility is required to work occasional weekends and evenings.

The contractual hours for this post are 18 hours per week with flexibility to work a variety of shifts according to need.  Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends
