An enthusiastic and experienced Locality Lead is required to support the management team with the on-going development and delivery of our West Sussex treatment services. Working as the Locality Manager for the Coastal Team, you will be responsible for the delivery of service across Worthing, Arun and Littlehampton. You will be required to work closely with the Adults and Young People/Families Service Managers, locality Doctor, Lead Nurse, Emerging Futures and other partners, providing leadership and direction within the locality and across the county.

Strong leadership skills are essential to support your locality to achieve performance outcomes in line with service level and contractual arrangements.
