We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced practitioner to undertake the role of Head of Primary Partnership. Based at our Bognor Regis Campus the post holder will take operational responsibility for the management, organisation, quality assurance and development of all aspects of partnership links with schools and colleges.  The Head of Primary Partnership will advise the Head of Partnership and Director of the Institute of Education on all matters relating to the operation of the partnership and will work co-operatively with Programme Co-ordinators and Administrators to facilitate the delivery of high quality school experience placements for students.
Overseeing the management of the School Partnership Office on a day-to-day basis, the post holder will act as line manager and personal mentor to peers and colleagues; support the development of new and continuing partnerships with schools; facilitate the involvement of suitable partnership schools and co-ordinate arrangements for inducting new schools into the partnership.
You will demonstrate a sound knowledge of, and commitment to, internal and external Quality Assurance requirements and exceptional communication and negotiation skills. In addition you will have the ability to motivate, lead and manage people, whilst remaining robust under pressure.
