This is a role in a fast paced environment within the Children's Services Workforce Team. The post holder will be expected to be responsible for supporting Managers and their staff within Children's Social Care with the management element of transactional processes associated with staffing. This will include arranging and managing the interview process on behalf of managers; ensuring all new starters are correctly processed and necessary paperwork is completed.
The post holder will be expected to offer a first class customer orientated telephone, email, electronic and face to face service to the service and will involve dealing with a wide range of transactional workforce issues often acting as first point of contact for the team.
