Senior Community Support Worker, 22 hours per week
Salary £11,073.92 per annum
Based at Durban House, Bognor Regis

This role will provide vulnerable people with access to practical support where a specific need exists. The purpose is to engage directly with clients to provide one-off, time limited practical support to access sources of support available within the local area. The successful applicant will be part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering a range of expertise including health and social care to enable people to make any changes in their lives or make informed choices necessary to resolve their issues.

All posts require a full driving licence and use of a car.
