SUPPORTED HOUSING MANAGER

Salary £24,472 per annum

Rising to Scale SO1 - £25,440 - £27,123pa following successful completion of probation 

37 hours per week (which will include some weekend and evening work)

Based in Bognor Regis but will need to be mobile

Are you looking for an opportunity to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment where you'll have the opportunity to demonstrate your statutory homelessness and housing options knowledge?  

Managing a small Supported Housing team you will provide a comprehensive, professional and outcome focused service to our clients in Supported Housing to both prevent and relieve homelessness.  You will also provide housing training to our staff and provide housing advice to homeless people. 

You'll have extensive knowledge of homelessness legislation, and be able to demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation, and other partners. 

It is essential that the successful candidate will have a non-judgmental and enabling approach to supporting single homeless and vulnerable adults and have experience and knowledge of Health Housing and Work issues facing service users who are in recovery.
