Are you ready for a new challenge?

You will bring practical facilities and building knowledge along with good customer skills to our Facilities Management unit and be part of a team to ensure that our buildings are operational, fit for purpose and support the County Council’s new ways of working.

Reporting to the Area Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for delivering our Services across a specified geographical area.

You will possess good IT skills, be a team player, have the ability to multi task and come with a positive willingness to be hands on.
With good communication skills you will have an ability to communicate with staff and customers across all areas of the Business.

Ideally, you will possess a working knowledge of maintenance and general facility matters including cleaning, health and safety, fire safety and statutory compliance.

Previous experience in facilities management is desirable
