The team has bases in Worthing and Crawley and travel between the two may be required.
This is a role based within Children’s Services Professional Practice team which is part of the Practice Improvement team, based in Worthing
The role will be responsible for supporting the Professional Practice team in providing support to all staff working in children’s social care. This will include ensuring that all information is logged on the relevant systems in a timely and efficient way. The role will be responsible for Co-ordinating children’s services induction fairs. Supporting the professional practice team by arranging training events as directed and ensuring that events are promoted via the Learning and development Gateway.
This role will be responsible for ensuring that information regarding funding received is up to date and accurate.
The role will be responsible for supporting the team in recruitment processes of Newly Qualified Staff and students and for supporting the induction process for all staff in Children’s Social Care.
