We are seeking a Part-Time Support Worker to join our friendly team at our Supported Living Project in Bognor Regis, supporting two ladies who have complex and high care needs arising from Autism and Learning Disabilities. You will support the two ladies to live in their own home, develop and maintain independent living skills and pursue their interests. 

The two ladies require support with all aspects of independent living. One lady needs support when attending day services and other activities such as swimming. The other lady enjoys going for rides in her car and walking as part of her daily routine.  Both ladies require support when they are at home, as well as ensuring their general wellbeing.

We are seeking a part-time support worker who is  flexible  and could work as part of a  rota, carrying out sleep-ins and on call duties as required.
