Coastal Enterprises is a service for adults who have a learning disability and is based in the Worthing area.

We are seeking a support worker to join our established team and support the customers of this service to work towards achieving greater independence through skills development and enablement. We offer sessions within a range of areas to work towards meeting our customers' needs - these include: horticulture, IT, health and fitness, arts and crafts, photography, music and drama etc.

The service is currently engaged in a process of development and we are seeking a well-motivated worker who will bring a caring and supportive approach, a desire to seek development (for our customers, the service and themselves) and a positive and dynamic outlook.

Previous experience and knowledge of supporting vulnerable adults or those who have a disability would be an advantage but is not essential.
