We are seeking Support Workers for our Outreach Team, based in Bognor Regis to work as part of a team with staff and tenants to ensure that the emotional, social, medical and material needs of the tenants are recognised, assessed and met.
You will be responsible for enabling our tenants to live the lives they choose safely, while developing their own independence.
Minimum age 18, driver and access to car essential.
The contractual hours for a full time post are 37.5 hours per week.
Part time posts are negotiable.
