The Aldingbourne Country Centre provides training for adults with learning disabilities within its many social enterprises, and it attracts over 60,000 visitors a year.
The Hospitality Services Manager will take the lead on all aspects of catering and catering training. They must organise, plan and lead the front of house, cooking and conference teams providing high quality services at the Country Centre and the Centre's offsite catering project at Durban House, Bognor Regis. The Manager will provide training, support and appropriate learning environments for people with learning disabilities to provide quality services to all customers, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained. Customer focus is a critical requirement and the post holder will be responsible for leading and growing custom as the Centre expands.
The contractual hours for this post are 37.5 hours per week working five days in seven, including weekend and public holidays.
