Adult Care Co-Ordinator – office-based at Climping

Crossroads Care South Central is currently recruiting an Adult Care Co-ordinator to join our office-based team in Climping. The post of full-time, 35 hours per week and we offer an attractive package of £11.04 per hour, plus paid holidays and contributory pension scheme.

Reporting in to our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective provision of respite Care for carers throughout the County of West Sussex.
As part of the Duty on Call Team you will be required to receive calls during and outside office hours to arrange support for clients with respite or assessments as directed required.

A level 3 (or equivalent) Diploma in Health & Social Care is a requirement for this position and experience of working in Health & Social Care, Line managing Carer Support Workers would be an advantage.
