You will be working as a Support Worker within a residential service based in Littlehampton, West Sussex

As a Support Worker your duties will be be to assist service users with autism in all aspects of their daily lives including; swimming, cycling, going into the community and many more fun activities.

You will be ensuring the service users receive a good standard of physical, emotional and social care. Other key responsibilities of the role will include:

–Key working with individual service users –Assessing and planning to meet each individuals needs –Demonstrating respect for service users personal wishes, choices and possessions –Providing a high level of dignity and respect –Personal care where appropriate –Identifying needs to see doctors, dentists etc. –Helping service users with; cooking, cleaning and shopping.
