Petworth Surgery is in the heart of the town and is recruiting an office assistant to work in the Practice Dispensary and to work in other areas of the Surgery's administration.

Applicants should be willing to learn new skills related to Dispensing.  A flexible and adaptable approach to working in Practice Administration is essential.  Previous experience is not necessary but may be helpful.  Applicants should expect to undertake distance learning based training.

The post will become permanent following a satisfactorily completed probationary period of three months.

30 hours weekly (Monday to Friday)

Terms and Conditions are good.  Salary range, depending on age and experience, £6.75 to £7.00 per hour.  Five weeks annual leave, small friendly and busy team, rural practice.
