All roles include supporting service users with their personal care and domestic activities through to supporting their activities in the community. The work is varied and stimulating. We are currently seeking Residential Support workers who will be required to support the Service Users in the Home and in the community through person centred approaches to reach their full potential. The main aims of the role are to provide flexible and supportive services to maximise Service User independence, support Service Users to take control of their lives and to maximise their inclusion and participation in the community according to their needs, wishes and preferences and to promote equality and diversity within the service and wider community. A good standard of written and verbal communication skills are required for this role along with the ability to work as part of a team. We are committed to ensuring service users are treated with dignity and respect and have the best opportunity to enjoy a happy and fulfilling lifestyle. Experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
