An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Youth Offending Services Restorative Justice Team in West Sussex as a Volunteer Coordinator. As one of three Volunteer Coordinators we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join us to recruit, train and manage volunteers in a range of projects and roles across Young Peoples Services. With recent experience of working with disaffected young people, working with or managing volunteers and of delivering training, you will hold a professional qualification e.g. Social Work, Criminology, Youth Work, DipSW or equivalent experience or degree level qualification in a related field. This is a county wide post, based in Worthing, but you would need to be able to travel cross county in order to support all volunteers. You will be a flexible and creative individual as the job will involve evening and weekend working.
