Age UK West Sussex delivers a range of services and activities to meet older people's needs. Our aim is to promote the well-being of all older people and make later life a fulfilling and enjoyable experience.

We have a range of vacancies within our Information and Advice Team and want to recruit enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with older people and can support us to continue delivering quality services.

We deliver an information and advice service to people aged over 50, their families and carers on a wide range of issues, operating an Advice Quality Standard (AQS) marked advice line from our headquarters in Littlehampton, face to face advice at outreach locations throughout West Sussex and home visits for less mobile clients.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team with proven communication and people skills and knowledge and experience of delivering advice.

The Information and Advice service provides advice on a broad range of topics including, financial, benefits, debt, housing, employment, consumer, care, community support, funding care, education and leisure activities.

All posts require a full driving licence and use of a car.
