You will need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle Practice Manager – Children Looked After (south) based in Worthing/Bognor Practice Manager – Children Looked After (north) based in Horsham Our priority is to maximise the wellbeing of children who are looked after and ensure that they are enabled to enjoy and achieve their full potential within a secure family environment. The teams work with children and young people through the family proceedings process focusing on permanency and care planning, preparing and placing children for adoption and legal permanency and preparing young people for leaving care. All our staff are trained to understand and work with attachment and developmental trauma and we are developing our use of Signs of Safety approaches
