Worth Services and Think Family are working in partnership to deliver the troubled families program in line with DCLG directives. Think Family works to support families with multiple complex needs to address issues facing the whole family, improve outcomes for children and reduce dependence on high cost, specialist support services.

Working closely with Worth Services and the Early Help Resource Centre to maximize the potential to identify work undertaken throughout West Sussex County Council that meets Think Family criteria. You should have a sound experience in IT, and the ability to analyse and interrogate data. You will be required to support members of the team and work with relevant partner organisations to facilitate the development, co-ordination and implementation of strategies and initiatives. You will be expected to participate in some Keyworker activities and moving around the county on a regular basis.
