We are looking for Carer Support Workers to meet the care needs of our customers and to give respite and support to family carers and the people they care for in the above areas and throughout West Sussex.

We offer a full range of flexible services for adults and children who have a variety of disabilities or health conditions which may involve the provision of personal and social care. Working within the homes of family carers, and the person they care for you will need to have a caring nature and a desire to learn along with excellent customer care skills and an understanding of carer’s issues. Good communication skills are essential for this position as is a full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Whether you are an experienced care worker or new to health and social care and are looking for a rewarding job, working with a leading charity providing respite support for carers, have a full UK (or European / International equivalent) driving licence and access to a car, please contact us. Hours are flexible with a range of pay rates, plus paid holiday and full training, enhanced rates are available for evening and weekend working. Experience is not necessary as full training is given to successful applicants. 

Carer Support Workers are urgently required for Adults and Children’s Services in Bognor Regis, Chichester, Worthing and surrounding areas, including; Crawley, Horsham, East Grinstead, Burgess Hill, and Haywards Heath.
