Here at West Sussex County Council we have a clear vision for our county which sets out what we want to achieve with our residents. We want to ensure residents, families and communities have the right support in place to enable them to confidently prepare for later life so they can live independently for as long as possible and remain economically active for longer.

We are investing in our Adults’ Social Care Services to support our priorities and in preparation for new responsibilities under the Care Act.

To help us develop and grow our service, we are looking to recruit a number of motivated individuals to work in our Support Broker Teams in 3 locations across West Sussex - Horsham, Worthing and Bognor Regis.

You will work in partnership with our customers and their families to purchase agreed services for those who have eligible Social Care needs as well as provide high quality administrative support for the support planning and review process.

Candidates will need to have good IT skills and ideally have experience of working with financial information in a customer orientated environment.
