Policy Fraud Administrator/Assistant, Sussex. C£18,000 plus benefits.

My client is looking for an individual who can support the counter fraud team, supporting them in their daily activities to combat and prevent fraud at application stage.

Responsibilities:
Ensure that letters to Brokers/Policyholders are generated and diarised for all cases.
Maintain the Ignore list and stop Files within our Counter Fraud System.
Maintain CV diary and Policy Fraud Diary on a daily basis.
Ensure Policy notes are updated on our Counter Fraud and Policy Systems.
Manage invest and Post daily ensuring they are cleared and allocating where necessary.
Deal with Incoming and Outgoing calls for the Policy Fraud Investigators and Technical Advisors in relation to general Policy Enquiries where necessary.
Validate all supporting documents requested by Investigators and Advisors on cases.
To undertake other reasonable responsibilities and projects as instructed by their line manager.
Ensure the Void/Referral log is updated appropriately.
Where applicable, to adhere to Company processes with regard to FCA compliance and Treating Customers Fairly.
Where applicable, to ensure that DPA, FCA, TCF and other regulatory requirements are met.

Experience/Qualifications:
Good understanding of Motor Insurance, fraud exposure/understanding a distinct advantage.
Excellent organisational skills.
A good degree of computer literacy and understanding of MS Office suite.
