Dynamite Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for this excellent company based in West Sussex. Due to an increased workload, the company are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor who is fluent in Russian to join their busy team.

Due to the nature of this role you will be required to work over some weekends, as well as occasional night shifts. You must be flexible to work at these times in order to be considered.

The Role:

- Dealing with a wide range of customers
- Receiving inbound calls from customers dealing professionally with them at all times
- Assisting customers via telephone, email and letter with general enquiries
- Liaising with third parties
- Issue documents
- Completing general administration

The Ideal Candidate:

- Must be fluent in Russian
- Will have ideally worked within a call centre/customer service based environment
- Have strong customer service skills
- Have good administrative skills and be able to multitask
- Will have the ability to work to deadlines
